When is the event?

The launch details are based around March 2027, finishing in Benidorm on St Patrick’s Day.

How much is entry?

The current launch price is £249 per team. Final entry terms can be updated before entries officially open.

What is included?

Outward boat travel Dover–Calais, route pack, stickers and an advice pack.

How many teams can enter?

The current planning range is around 200–250 teams/cars depending on final arrangements and demand.

Can my business sponsor the run?

Yes. Use the sponsor enquiry form or the printable sponsor form. Sponsor packs can be adjusted as real businesses come on board.

Where can I follow updates?

Updates will be shared through the website, Facebook, TikTok and Instagram as the run develops.

How do sponsor downloads work?

Open the Sponsor Downloads page, choose the pack you need and download the PDF. You can send it to a business, print it, or share it with anyone who may want to support the run.

Can a business sponsor without taking a main package?

Yes. Smaller options are available, including local supporter spaces, business adverts, prize sponsor options and social shout-outs.

What are the QR posters and stickers for?

They make it easier for people to scan and open the register page, sponsor packs, support page or media page from a phone.

Can teams use the media downloads?

Yes. Teams can download posters, sponsor request images, stickers and QR graphics to help promote their team and approach local sponsors.

Can I donate a prize instead of money?

Yes. Prize sponsors can offer vouchers, hampers, car items, tools, fuel cards, services or other suitable prizes. Send an enquiry and the team will confirm what is needed.

Will more downloads be added?

Yes. More sponsor graphics, team images, QR posters, social posts and printable media can be added as the event builds.
